In 2015 I was introduced to microdosing through a friend who used Psilocybe cubensis for anxiety. Further discussions and research revealed the profound healing potential of psilocybin mushrooms. Inspired, I shared this knowledge with family and friends, some struggling with depression and others with genetic predispositions to Dementia & Alzheimer's. Realizing the need for entheogen 

plant medicine led to the creation of Spore Balance. 

Our Mission is to produce the highest quality, ethically sourced, effective, dependable plant medicine there by empowering individuals in their journey to heal spirit, heart, mind, body, and soul. We believe in transparency and innovation, and we advocate for the responsible use of sacred plant medicine. We understand the relationship between psychedelics and positive shifts in mental health as evidenced by family, friends, ourselves, research and anecdotally through contacts with veterans. We also aim to demystify and de-stigmatize conversations around alternative wellness approaches.

We source locally organic full spectrum mushrooms. All our products are third party tested.

As a microdose facilitor, we begin with a full understanding of harm reduction and contraindications and we hold space for our clients to safely move through their personal journeys, healing trauma, depression, reducing the desire for alcohol, other substances and move toward self love.
