Membership Agreement

This Association of members declares that our objective is to provide a platform for the founders and members of the Private Membership Association to conduct private business with the Association and with other Associations and members, ensuring that all business remains in the private domain and is protected by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the Constitution of the United States of America, as well as the Law of Nations, God's Law, and any prior protections guaranteed.

We believe that the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, guided by Natural Law, guarantee our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather for the lawful purpose of asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes, as well as the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right against self-incrimination, and the right to exercise all other unalienable rights granted by our Creator.

WE HEREBY DECLARE that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Original Constitution of the United States of America, and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions. This means that our Association activities are confined to the private domain and are outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law. We expect the freedom to select and engage in therapies and treatments that we deem best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease, as well as for achieving and maintaining optimal wellness, and to choose any assistance regarding law and other private business activities.

The mission of this Association is to provide members with a forum to conduct business privately, with the protections guaranteed by the aforementioned Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact. The Association will recognize any person(s), natural or otherwise (regardless of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and who agree with these principles and policies as a member, provided that such person has not been sanctioned or banned by the Association.

Membership in this Association, “Spore Balance”, and any of its groups may be terminated by the Association's Trustees or their designee at any time if it is determined that a specific member is interacting in a manner contrary to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association. I understand that, since the Association is protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies concerning any complaints or grievances against Association members or staff. All complaints or grievances will be resolved by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal, and members waive their rights to pursue legal action against the Association for the benefit of the Association and its members. By agreeing to this membership form, I affirm that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I wish to take. I agree to join Spore Balance, a private membership association under common law, whose members seek to assist each other in achieving better health and quality of life. (A) I am voluntarily changing my status from that of a public person to that of a private member. (B) My activities within the Association are private contractual matters that I refuse to disclose to Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue legal action against a fellow member unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger, and only upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE regarding disputes or disagreements You agree to take all reasonable steps to resolve any issue directly with the concerned party(ies). If good-faith efforts fail to resolve an issue, you agree that any lawful action or proceeding shall be adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity (PeacemakerEquity.com), and you expressly waive any objection to this venue or any invocation of forum non conveniens. Additionally, in the event of any dispute or claim relating to or arising out of these Terms of agreement, Member/manager agrees that all such disputes/claims will be resolved by means of arbitration or jury decision adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity. I enter into this agreement of my own free will, in the private capacity as a man/woman, without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State, or Federal agency, governmental agency, or organization whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation to enforce a legal code, act, or statute where no harm has been intentionally caused. I understand that this will be considered a trespass on privacy and property, and I will become immediately personally liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $1,000,000 plus $1,000 per minute the trespass continues.

I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership at any time, and that my membership can be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior towards any other member. These pages constitute the entire agreement for my membership in the Association. I agree this contract began on the date of my joining “Spore Balance”.
